What tool can I use to recreate this?

Looking for a tool that would allow me to create a wave similar to the one pictured here. Does anyone know how I might do this in Adobe Illustrator? Thank you in advance, any help is greatly appriciated 🙂

I'd draw the initial 'front' wave line, then use the 3D extrude and bevel function and wire frame option. if you want it closer to a specific shape you can tweak the result using the free transform tools after the extrude. Add more points to the initial line using the pen tool if you want more facet lines when extruded.

Look into using the Blending tool with a custom spine path.

Try drawing a line with the tilde key ~ pressed. And see if the result could help you.
