when I am restarting the PC , Blue screen appears after installing Adobe illustrator (28.7.1)

Windows showing Blue screen when only after instaling adobe illustrator

Open the GeForce Experience app and check to see if there are any driver updates for your computer's graphics board. NVidia's Studio Driver works better with creative applications than the Game Ready Driver. Most computers with NVidia graphics boards will have the Game Ready Driver installed by default. It's easy to switch in the GeForce Experience app.

 

Check to see if there are any firmware updates for your notebook. I'm not familiar with Lenovo notebooks; I don't know if they include any support applications that would let you check for firmware updates or driver updates for other pieces of installed hardware.

Iam trying tto fix this problem over a month now, the drivers are already updated and iam using studio drivers now. Nothing is working.

Last week i contacted the customer agent from lenovo , They are saying that  there is no problem for laptop, the problem is only because of the Application.

First of all: it's the weekend and 95% people participating in this forum are not Adobe staff.

 

Please tell us your hardware and system configuration.

And exactly what's happening. You install and then run Illustrator and then get the blue screen?

No, The application will work completly fine after install, But the problem will shows after we trying to restarting the pc.

And there is no problems for any other Adobe application, The Problem is only for Adobe illustrator.

So you shut down Illustrator, turn off Windows.

Then next morning reboot, launch Illustrator, then you get a blue screen?
