When I try to add text to my dartboard it automatically starts upside down

Help! I am in Illustrator 2024. When I try to add text to my document it automatically inserts the greeking/text upside down. My zoom actions are also flipped. If I try to zoom in on something on the right side of my artboard it zooms to the left, and vice versus. This just started this morning out of the blue. I have no odd scropts or actions created, this is just pure Illustrator acting possessed. Anyone else have this going on? And how do i fix this? I have restarted and reset my preferences to no avail.
