When i want to make a logo smaller part of the logo are very thick.

hi im new to illustrator i made a logo (3000/3000 pixles). Now i want to make the image smaller (1 inch- 1 inch) the image gets messed up. Will i have to restart and try make the lgog again or is the a fix with im not seeing thanks.

3000-3000 pixles:

1 inch- 1 inch: as you can see i cant even put it in the box becuase the logo wouldnt be there anymore
