When importing the PDF the color becomes negative.

I'm trying to import a PDF into Illustrator, but when I open it the color is negative as in the example:

and when you open the PDF without using Illustrator, it opens normally.

Would anyone know how to fix it?

Once you open the pdf file, select all elements then go to Edit -> edit colors-> invert

The PDF has not been created in Illustrator?

Illustrator is not a general purpose PDF editor.
