When will Illustrator let users set a default font? After 30+ years, I shouldn't have to use Myriad, create templates, or change the font for every project. The software supports this choice; users should be able to set it once.

What I think? I think that is absolutely ridiculous to have to change the default font for EVERY single  file. It should be available and allowed for the software as a whole. I don’t want to have to make a template, or change it for every single file. That is uber cumbersome, a VERY confusing video and NOT helpful at all.
