where are my illustrator "generate vectors" alternatives

I used to see three alternatives when I generate a vector, but now I only see the one option that is added to the artboard. I'm not sure if I have hidden it somewhow, anyone able to help please?

Those panels are not in the list in the Window menu?

Is the Contextual task bar there?

which version of Illustrator is it?
