Where can I find Adobe Illustrator 27.9

on a enterprise account running Mac OS Sonoma 14.7

i can not find Illustrator 27.9 in the older version section. We need Illustrator 2023 for a Esko plug-in and need the older version 27.9. How can I find it cause the oldest i see is 28.0

Doesn't explain why access to Illustrator 2023 has recently been removed.

Adobe only maintains the current version and the one previous. Since the 2025 version came out a couple of weels ago, the 2023 version has been unavailable.

Unfortunately version 28.0 is the farthest back anyone can go with installing copies of the Creative Cloud version of Illustrator. The vendor who created the plugin needs to develop an update that is compatible with current versions. The only other alternative is using old Creative Suite software in versions that can still be activated (maybe version CS5.5 and then version CS6). But the old CS applications are very primitive compared to current level Adobe CC applications.
