Where has the nudge command gone to? if gone, then how do i move objects with the arrow keys?

I understand how essential the nudge feature is for precision and workflow efficiency. You should still be able to nudge objects using the arrow keys. If this isn’t functioning as expected, try the following steps to troubleshoot:

1. In Preferences > General, you’ll find the option to set the Keyboard Increment. This controls how far objects move when nudged with the arrow keys.
2. Ensure the Selection Tool (V) is active and the object selected. Then, use the arrow keys to nudge the selected object.
3. Sometimes, a simple restart can reinitialize the tools if there’s been a glitch.
4. Also, sometimes, custom settings may disrupt standard functions. You can try resetting your preferences. Go to Illustrator > Preferences/ Settings > General (Mac) or Edit > Preferences > General (Windows) and select Reset Preferences.
