where is live paint in tool bar in illustrator CC 23.0?

I`m used to finding the live paint tool in the tool bar but its not there anymore. Is there a way to add more tools to the toolbar?

I`ve applied live paint to my shapes via the object/livepaint menu but cannot seem to be able to work on it. I used to access live paint via the tool bar. This tool is a critical part of my work.

    Click on the 3 dots in the tools panel bottom

    then menu on the upper right, choose advanced.
