Where is properties panel in Touch Mode?

Where can I find the following functions in Touch Mode?

1) ​Properties Panel

2) ​A touch version of Shift, Control or Alt keys

I searched my 2018 Illustrator course book and the Adobe Help and forums.

I'm using Illustrator 2018 with Windows 10 on Dell XPS 13 All-in-one.
