Where is the Corners Panel?

Using AI 26.1 on a MacBook Pro, I can't find the Corners Panel. It's not in the Tool Bar or Control Panel and double clicking the widget doesn't make it appear. Please help.

    Try the expanded Transform panel for objects like rectangles, polygons or the Control Panel with something Direct Selected.
