Where is the pie chart tool in most recent version of illustrator?

I have found many tutorials and videos (including Adobe's own help article on this issue) and they all reference a pie chart tool that is not in my menu of tools... I have the most recent version of illustrator, so does the pie chart tool no longer exist or something?

In the Advanced toolbar (Window > Toolbars > Advanced), it is here:

If you're using the Basic toolbar or customising your own, you can add it from the list by clicking the three dots at the bottom, then dragging it to where you want it:
