Who can replace an app in my Adobe account with 64 bit version instead of 32 bit version already

Hi to all,

In my account at adobe.com I have an Illustrator 16 to download but on 32 bit version. My OS is MAC OS Sonoma 14. How can I contact to developer to changer existing version wtih one on 64 bit ? Thanks for answering at this question.

    Illustrator CS6 won't run on Sonoma. Either in 16 or 32 bit. It didn't run anymore since Mac OS 10.14.
