Why Ai is not available though contained in the subscription

The subscription of my university contains Ai, but I cannot see it in my Creative Cloud Software.

My PC is Surface Laptop 7 (System: Windows 11 PRO on ARM64 (25H2), CPU: Snapdragon(R) X 12-core X1E80100 @ 3.40 GHz, RAM: 16.0 GB, GPU: Qualcomm(R) Adreno(TM) X1-85 GPU [DirectX 12 (FL 11.1)])

I don't think a general release version of Adobe Illustrator is available for Surface notebooks that have ARM-based CPUs such as the Snapdragon X. A beta version of Illustrator for such computers may be available.

Are you referring to Ai as Adobe Illustrator or Artificial Intelligence?

Thanks. It is the Adobe Illustrator that not available, not the Artificial Intelligence features.

@Dazzling_adventure6881 what happens if you 'click on home?' Do you see your shortcuts in the Creative Cloud Desktop App?

Or click on Apps on the left, click on Illustration on the top, and hopfully Illustrator shows up?

@Dazzling_adventure6881 that costs extra. I work at a school, and although the apps have AI and you have the 'Standard Features' it cost the schools alot more money for the 'Premium Features'
