Why are there streaks across my images?

Hello,

I always get these white streak marks across my images on all Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign. I am sure it may be something simple that I am doing wrong but I am a complete newbie and I cannot find the answer to why it's happening. The streaks aren't permanent, as it shifts around whenever I make the image bigger or smaller. When I save the image it's fine but it's quite annoying when I try to create an image and these streaks keeps appearing. Any help is much appreciated. I have attached a screenshot.
