Why do I get white colors when I turn back off in the preview?

I have problems with my print company: The areas where black comes are white.

So when they print in order :yellow, Magenta, blue and black at last it has all the colours in the right space but the black parts are white. Its impossible to print exaclty on the white spots so the black alsways has a sort of white outline. How do i turn this off?
