Why do I have this extra background and how do I fix it?

Could you please explain what we are seeing in the image you uploaded?

Because when I check on it through the file you can't tell but I can just send the image to this reply I guess

You see how there's just this emptiness surrounding the image?

I've checked on Illustrator if there was anything in those areas causing that, but there's was nothing in those awkward areas/
