Why does Adobe make a big deal about doing their job?

When new versions of software come out i expect improvements. The software should be easier and faster to use it should not have things changed that were fine before and it should not be worse than it was in earlier versions. Why are we talking about GPU performance? If the application is faster or better we will notice. But why in the world would we need to turn on and off something that should have been there in the first place? And the preference panel Is there a reason why you would want the software to to work slower? or to toggle back and forth between the good way and the bad way? Oh there is a feature you can set and control. Making small lines disappear? thats a feature? this is nonsense. This is adobe congratulating themselves and pushing it in our faces wasting our time. There have been very few useful improvements since CC first came out. But lots of problems, like  reversing the zoom doesn't work properly. The toolbar is slugging, things are harder to select now. but the worst thing is paying for it every month! How dare they. Not only that we are the guinea pigs for the buggy beta versions. And they do it because they are the only game in town. I'm seriously considering giving up the art business and driving for uber.

    Hi Ray,

I'm sorry for the frustrations you've been having with Illustrator. Have you submitted your feedback regarding these issues to our UserVoice page? Adobe Illustrator Feedback

This is the best way of communicating to the Engineering and Product Management teams regarding issues so they can be implemented in future releases. Let me know if you have any further questions.

    Best,

    Wren
