Why does distort or break the image when I use it?

Hello,

I am experiencing issues with the Turntable feature. Please see the attached video. When I rotate the character, the image distorts, and it appears to malfunction. I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!  Thank you.
