    Could you check if the files are available from the Cloud Documents portal linked above?
    If they are, try closing Illustrator, signing out and signing back in to the Creative Cloud Desktop app and then reopening the file in Illustrator to see if it helps.

    If the problem persists, kindly share a brief screen recording of the problem, so we can check it with the team.

    am experiencing a serious issue with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Cloud. When I save or access files within my project, the files appear briefly and then disappear within a second. This is causing loss of access to my work and disrupting my workflow.

    The issue occurs consistently, and I have already attempted basic troubleshooting, but the problem persists. I would appreciate your assistance in investigating and resolving this issue as soon as possible.

    Please advise on any steps I can take to recover the missing files and prevent this issue from occurring again.

    So when I open my illustrator, the moment I choose my folder in projects the files in it gets disappear within 1 seconds . Why does this happen ?
