why doesn't illustrator show all tools

Upon launching illustrator I cannot access all tools to work on my artboards. More than half are missing. There is no arrow at the upper art of the limited tool column to expand the tools menu. And nothing across the top.... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know why but it's all of a sudden working. Maybe it was a glitch.

    Thank you

    Hi Deborah,

If I get it correctly, you are not getting complete set of tools in your Illustrator? Would you mind sharing the exact Illustrator version, the OS running in your computer and a screenshot of how it looks like so that we can assist you further?

Please check this link for how to add screenshot here: How to add a screenshot to a forum message from iPad/iPhone

    Regards,

I have the mobile studio pro by Wacom. Just down loaded the illustrator cc from adobe. Not sure how to take a screen shot. I don't think I can... I have selection tool, direct selection tool, curvatures tool, type tool, shaper tool, rectangle tool, paint brush, shape builder, free transform, undo, redo, and clear on the left. Fill/stroke, stroke, transparency, transform, align, libraries  and content menu on the right. Nothing along the top. Just Ai and file on the left a blank space across the top and exit touch workspace, touch (with down arrow) and question mark.

    Thanks
