¿Why I can't export my artboard with the changed color?

Hello,

I try to export my artboard in which I changed the color of it, but it turns out that when I try to export it to PNG or JPG, it turns to white: ¿Any idea why it happens and how I can fix it?

Illustrator does not have a background color. If you want a background color, draw a rectangle and fill it with yellow.
