Why Illustrator not supported win 8.1?

Question

I have samsung laptop. I can use blender, fusion 360 etc. It does support it, but Illustrator doesn't. My computer is 14 years old and in good condition, albeit slow. I want to design, but your program doesn't support Win 8.1. You could at least release older versions as an alternative. We don't have the money to buy a new PC. But I think you should consider your customers' requests. &#128542;

Aside from the current version of Adobe Illustrator not being compatible with Windows 8.1 it's also likely the performance requirements would be pretty high for a 14 year old PC. I have an old Dell XPS notebook from 2011 that still works (it originally came with Win 7 Ultimate; I upgraded the OS to Win 10 Pro). Despite replacing its RAM modules (bumping it up to 32GB), and swapping out the original hard drive for a solid state drive, the computer's CPU and video card wasn't powerful enough to do certain tasks in Illustrator. Even features like animated zoom didn't work. I ended buying an Alienware notebook as a replacement.
