Why is my illustrator so slow/laggy?

Hello everyone!I have a mac studio m4 since last year. And I can’t understand why it is running illustrator so slow. I am working on simple stuff and everything takes seconds to respond. :/Here are my specs:Apple M4 Max:-64 Go-Tahoe 26.5.1 (25F80)-200go space freeMonitor:Dell 27”Illustrator 2026:30.2.1What should I do to have it working better ?Thank you very much

Hello!Thank you for checking in,I took the time before answering because I wanted to be sure my “setup” was working right.In fact, I changed my RJ45/ethernet cable, for a much faster one(10 to 100mbps) and since then illustrator (and Indesign also) startedworking significantly faster. I don’t use google drive anymorebut another swiss cloud based service called Kdrive.I did not need to uninstall any logitech or wacom software. Since those two seemed to be related to bluetooth issues, I recalled that I use a small sound enhancer software –Boom3D– that is often creating bluetooth issues and some bugs, therefore I shut it off.After working for 2 weeks with that configuration, no more issues or unexpected lagging happened on lightweight work.Thank you both for your answers and help.
