Why is so painful to select and drag a shape or object that's made of thin strokes?

This problem has bin active since AI CC2, before that the stroke selection for super smooth and realtime.

Now a thinner stroke like 0.25px - 0.50px is so difficult to even select and drag.

Please fix this Adobe team.

I'm not seeing this issue on my end either...?

Have you tried turning on Smart Guides ("command+U")? That might help with path selection..?

As far as I can see, there is no issue to select and move the strokes you are mentioning.

Perhaps you can clarify a bit by providing a sample file with some further instructions that may explain the problem.

Also, which version of Illustrator are you using?
