Why no keyboard shortcut to change case?

Anyone have any idea why is there no keyboard shortcut to cycle through different text cases? There is also no option to add a custom keyboard shortcut for this basic function. Instead it seems the only option is to select Type>Change Case and select from there.

This is possible in other Adobe products, but not in Illustrator. It used to be , but is yet another feature that appears to have been removed / broken...
