why text to image not working

I updated my Illustrator and tried to create text to image generate, I used a prompt and then clicked generate, but the Illustrator couldn't generate. a message show which is-{file attached} -- now how can I generate text to image vector.

Obviously just wait and try again later, just as the message says.

The entire artificially intelligent gadgets are, among other things, dependent on sufficient bandwidth. All that stuff is not generated on your local machine. It's being created on some remote servers at Adobe and then gets injected into your computer.

Sometimes it's just not available due to inadequate bandwidth.
