Wierd box appered in document

Hi, what is this wierd double-lined box that all of a sudden appered? I think I might have clicked some buttons (shortcut), but I can't find it again.

 

It's pretty frustrating to have this box, but it has no effect.

It is probably the Print Tiling view.

 

Does it go away if you go to the View menu and click on the Hide Print Tiling command?
