How frustrating, I'm sorry this is happening! Here is a link with troubleshooting steps, in case there are steps here you haven't tried yet. Something must be wrong with your installation. Thank you i reinstaled the creative cloud and i don't have the problem anymore

Does this only affect Illustrator or is this happening on other software?

What is your setup? What version of Illustrator are you on?

Only on illustrator, after and photoshop i dont have this problem. I tried all illustrator versions avaliable in creative clooud and i have the same problem. My computer is Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5820K CPU @ 3.30GHz 3.30 GHz Ram 64GB
