[windows 10] Scaling bug when using second screen on a high res laptop

Hi,
I got a Dell XPS 13 with quad-hd resolution on a 13 inch display (resulting in a high dpi rate). AIs scaling on the inbuilt screen works quite well. Even when I plug in a second screen (not high-dpi), illustrator scales up or down when moved between the screens (like it should).
Unfortunately there are some bugs left, which seem to be caused by the different scaling between the screens. The most visible bug is that the box which is used to resize element is displayed away from the element it relates to. Additionally I figured out, that the distance between an element and its resize box depends on the zoom level (the more I zoom in, the closer it gets).

Any Ideas? Can anyone else reproduce this bug?

Regards
