I'm using Illustrator 30.0. I don't seem to have access to 30.1.

Windows 11.

NVIDIA 4080, was at driver 581.57 but upgraded to your version.

No problem zooming in.

BTW: the keyboard shortcut is just Cntl-spacebar. The shift key is not doing anything AFAIK.
