Hey there... Since the recent update, I get prompted when running the "save as" command that I can save on cloud, or computer. However when I sellect computer the save button is greyed out and I can't change file names or anything?

Thoughts or help?

Looks like something that could be solved by updating Illustrator, your System or both.

Hi Adam,

Looks like your licensing may have become corrupted. No need to reinstall, but make sure you quit the Adobe Cloud.

OOBE RESET WIN

  • Quit the Creative Cloud desktop app  (100% you must do this)
  • C:\Users\<user folder>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

  • The AppData folder is hidden in Windows by default. See Show hidden files, folders, filename extensions | Windows for instructions to access it.
  • Delete all the files within the OOBE folder, but do not delete the folder itself.

  • Restart the computer and launch the Creative Cloud desktop app again.
