Won't open after WIN update

Shut down yesterday & had a Windows update. Now I get the error below. Have uninstalled & reinstalled multiple times (restarting each time) and same error. Even tried to go back a version & same thing.

I have tried to find the packages based on instructions I found on line, but do not see them? Is there an easy way to find them?

Would you mind trying the following steps to reinstall the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable and checking if it helps:

- Close all Adobe apps

- Uninstall all currently installed Microsoft Visual C Redistributable packages

- Install the latest Microsoft Visual C Redistributable package from here: (https://adobe.ly/4g4V4Uz)

- Relaunch Illustrator
