Work Screen Desappears

When I open an archive in Illustrator, the screen of work (or clipboard) does not appear for me. Just toolbar in left and layers in right, but in the middle of the screen nothing...
I just unstall and install 3 times in 2 diferent versions but the bug continue.

(the same happens when I open a new archive).
