Correct answer Monika Gause

The situation has changed.

Everyone has there own licence.

So, how can we work online on the same illustrator file?

Store it on the Creative Cloud.

But see that you make sure that only one person is using it at any given time. Working on it simultaneously will really mess things up.

I'm sure that you are referring to remotely working together on the same file?

That is only efficient if all are using Illustrator (the same version).

AI files can also be imported into CorelDRAW (up to AI version CC2019 in CorelDRAW 2020).But these kinds of workflows ruin more than they are useful. If the other people want to contribute, they can open the AI file in Acrobat and add their comments to it.

Yes, I mean working online on the same file.

How can I do that, if all are using Illustrator (the same version)?

They all need their own license. It's not possible with the same license.
