workflow does not work

Greetings! There was a problem with the adobe product, due to the fact that a more current version of the product appeared, the plug-in that was adapted for the program of 2020 and 2021 (25.2) stopped working on the printing press, is it possible to take the official distributions of these programs for installation? On the official website, it offers newer versions that do not suit us, there is no software adaptation for them. The subscription has been paid, and after replacing the operating system, the required versions are not in the cloud. Is it possible to get them in some other way? Thanks in advance!
