Workspaces & Preferences Not Syncing

Hello everybody!

Hopefully somebody might have an answer to this.

I use Adobe Cloud across three machines. Since this last major CC 2017 release (21.0.0 I believe), Illustrator on one of the desktops is not syncing my custom workspaces or preferences. I've uninstalled/reinstalled several times and to no avail. There used to a "sync settings" preference pane at the bottom of an open window, but that appears to be gone. I'm worried that if I do reset my workspaces/preferences on this particular machine, it will override the other two machines which are just fine.

Workspace/preferences in Photoshop & InDesign all are fine, issues seems to be just with Illustrator.

You may find this a problem as you are only supposed to have this installed on a maximum of 2 machines..? I may be wrong but I'm sure I'm not.

If you want the software on more than two machines then you will need to look at purchasing more licences...?

The software can be installed on multiple machines, but you can only be logged in on 2 machines at a time (per the rep that set up our business account). I do have to sign out of a system to use another one if I'm logged in on the two other desktops.

This syncing problem has never been an issue since the introduction of the CC platform and has been pretty seamless between the 3 computers. Just only from this last major update did the workspace/preferences not sync on the one machine.
