Workspaces vanished after reinstall, but chose option to save workspaces

I reinstalled Illustrator to change the language settings from Dutch to English. I read I had to delete the app first and install again with the Creative Cloud language settings set to English. Everything is synced as far as I'm concerned.

Creative Cloud asked me before deleting the app if I wanted to delete or save interface-settings, plugins and other preferences. I chose to save them.

I reinstalled Illustrator and all my preferences and workspaces are gone. How can I get them back, and also, come on dude 😞 I chose to save them...
