wrong orientation / angle - object and text

Hi.

when creating a new object - a square, text, etc. is always created at an angle. It is not in a plane.

And it even changes depending on the AI or macOS update.

Sometimes the orientation of the text is correct.
Also, the scrolling of the arrows is flipped.

And after some time, sometimes on the same day, it changes again.
