Are there any current WYSIWYG programs out there to create ScriptUI windows?  I've run across two but both are outdated.  I'm looking for something to speed up my UI workflow.

ScriptUI hasn't got much love from Adobe for a looooong time now. It's rather safe to assume that ScriptUI will not be updated any day soon, since now all the the fuzz is about HTML panels.

However, I came across this UI builder. It's for After Effects, but I think it would still work for AI. Worth the try though.

It's fun to do manual UI though

I personally always go through UI building process manually. Been doing that since 2012 and am not going to change it. It's worth learning to do it yourself then depending on some libraries, as libraries might not have features you need, so you'll end up digging and fixing code afterwards. Not worth it.
