Zoom Dinâmico

Question

Olá, Boa tarde!O meu problema é o seguinte, no Photoshop sempre usei o zoom dinâmico para facilitar na hora de criar minhas artes, porém quando tento fazer o mesmo no Illustrator, não funciona. Pesquisando sobre o assunto, descobri que eu precisaria ativar essa opção, fui em editar>preferencias>desempenho, chegando aqui não consigo ativar a caixinha do zoom dinâmico pois diz que a GPU não é compativel. Então gostaria de saber se tem algo que eu possa fazer, afinal, esse mesmo reurso funciona no Photoshop.

You can only get a compatible GPU. Or maybe try and update your graphic card driver. https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/system-requirements.html

Thanks for reaching out. This generally happens when you don't have a compatible GPU, or proper drivers installed. Would you mind confirming the make & model of the GPU installed on your machine? Also, please check the helpx article shared by Monika to check if your GPU meets the minimum requirements or not.
