Zoom doesn't zoom where the cursor is

Same problem here in Illustrator. Has anyone found any solutions?

My Problem was that I rotated my view of the workspace on Illustrator. Fixed the zoom by re-rotating my workspace back to 0 degreesThe fact that this breaks the zoom makes the rotate view tool basically useless. Please Fix!
