Hi guys, good days
Does anyone know what happened to this after I updated Illustrator? Previously it was normal, when I zoomed in and zoomed out the screen shook like that and sometimes a glitch appeared, when I disabled the GPU the performance returned to normal, but Illustrator became very laggy
my pc specs ryzen 9 6900hs + rx6700s

Hello @Khoirul351194223x36,

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind performing a clean reinstallation of the GPU drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) and setting the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Illustrator (https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-110) and checking if it helps?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav

Hello @Khoirul351194223x36,

Thank you for trying those steps. Since the issue persists, let's explore another approach. Could you try zooming in and out using the trackpad's pinching gesture instead of the zoom tool? This will help us understand if the problem is specific to the Zoom tool or more general behavior.

Additionally, could you provide the exact version of Illustrator you are using? You can find this information by going to "Help" > "About Illustrator." Knowing the version will assist us in providing more targeted assistance.

Looking forward to your response.

Best,

Anshul Saini
