Thanks for reaching out. As pointed out by Monika, Creative Cloud apps cannot be installed on a network drive. Kindly try changing the install location in the Creative Cloud preferences (https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/change-install-location.html) and then retry the installation to check if it helps.

As the popup teels you, you cannot install Illustrator on a network drive.
