일러스트 다운로드 오류 해결방법....

안녕하세요. 일러스트가 열리지 않습니다.

오류 코드도 따로 뜨지 않고, 첨부한 사진처럼 단순히 열 수가 없다고만 확인됩니다.

제거 후 설치, 재부팅 후 설치 등 어도비에서 제공하는 문제 해결방법을 다 해보았으나 되지 않습니다.

어떤 점이 문제점일까요?ㅠㅠㅠ

Sorry to hear that Illustrator won't open for you. Since you've already tried reinstalling and rebooting, could you please confirm which version of Windows you're using and whether the crash happens right after launch and just specific to this file? It would also help to know if the issue continues when you launch Illustrator in Safe Mode or afterresetting preferences. If Illustrator starts in Safe Mode or after resetting preferences, then the issue is likely caused by corrupted settings. If it still does not start, try temporarily disabling any antivirus or system cleanup tools, and check if the issue persists when logged in from a new user account on Windows.
