Ai Beta Moving Artboard with Art Work

This should be an easy task moving an Artboard with Art. I am able to move the Artboard, however the Art remains behind. I have checked the options and "Move Art with Artboard" is checked in options panel. 

Caveat; This is an exercise file, downloaded from Linked in Learning.
