Trying “Sketch to Vector” with “communication error” and no output cost me 40 credits - support says, no refund possible.I wonder, how a Gen AI engine can be programmed to charge you BEFORE any output is created and published to the client - without the ability to refund in case of error. Apparently, we’re paying for button clicks in the first place, and - only, if we’re lucky - as an added bonus we get a Gen AI output as a result of those clicks.

Estoy trabajando sobre un degradado o intentando hacer cualquier cosas y de repente deja de responder, se congela y debo forzar el cierre. Prácticamente no me deja hacer nada . 

Our computer crashed and we had to reinstall our epilogue zing engraver  -  now when I print, I change the document size but then it reverts and won’t “hold” it when it comes back out of the settings tab and I can’t get anything to engrave over 8.5x11

I’ve been diving into the Adobe Illustrator Beta recently to test out the new Generative Turntable feature. If you haven't seen it yet, it basically allows you to take flat, 2D vector artwork and spin it like a 3D object to see different angles and top-down views.  This brings up a question I’ve been thinking about: Is AI making things too easy? When we can generate a 180-degree character turnaround with a slider instead of manually redrawing every limb and perspective, are you feeling empowered by the speed, or do you feel a bit of "creative guilt" over how much of the heavy work that Illustrator’s AI is doing?It’s definitely not perfect yet—for example, on my character turnaround, the "back view" still required a bit of manual correction to get the hair and outfit looking right. I experienced a crash in my original Illustrator file that I had shared with pending comments, and because Illustrator's crash handling is second to none, I picked back up in the [Recovered] file without much thought.   I "Save As"ed the file to delete the appended "[Recovered]" text from the name.  And now it seems I've overwritten the connection to the original file's comments.   It would be cool if in "Manage Share Links" there were some way to either set up  pointers to comment connections for other projects, or merge comments, or something like that. I had just explained to a client trying to confirm that I saw their notes and writing to ask for an up-to-date PDF of the project that "Your link will always remain up to date as I make edits, and my end will always remain up to date as you add comments" and it's kind of a shame that less than an hour later I have to explain "ok, NOW your link will always remain up to date, dont worry".   N

como editar um arquivo do Ilustraitor Beta no after beta?

Hi, I have a side view (1) of a character's head that I generated with the turntable but instead of the result it gave me for the front view (2), I would like to add a different variation (3).  Is there a way to replace 2 with 3 and have the turntable regenerate? Thank you in advance.

Is anyone having issues with Illustrator Beta? I can download it from the Creative Cloud but I get this error message when I try to open it .

Hello,I’m currently using Adobe Illustrator 29.9.14 (Beta) on Mac with English UI.Although this is the correct build where the Turntable feature should be available, I cannot see the Turntable button in the Control Bar or Properties panel, even when an object is selected.Interestingly, when I install Illustrator Beta in Korean language UI on another computer, the Turntable feature appears as expected. So it seems to be an account/language flag issue.Could you please confirm if Turntable is only enabled for certain regions or accounts, and if so, could you enable it for my account as well?Thank you.

I had to manually trace an image using Beta version. While drawing the lines using the Pen tool I noticied an "x" appearing in the process. This was acting like a drywall stud finder. However, was intermittent working may be 80% of the time. Appears very useful tool. However, how does it work and what are the triggers?Another question is on the Info Panel. I normally hold the Shift key down on straight lines. However, when they do not appear straight I would like the Info panel to validate the line is straight when adjusting the lines to insure true 90 degrees.Thanks Win 11 OS

Hola, La version anterior me funcionaba perfectamente, pero al actualizar a la 30 me da error. Lo he desistalado y vuelto a instalar y nada, lo peor es que la anterior tampoco me deja ahora. El error que me da es un 146 Gracias de antemano

Illustrator Beta hasn't been updated for the last three times. Adobe released version 30.0.0#104 today. But it still gives me the same error. The error code is 190, which theoretically means I don't meet the minimum requirements, but my machine and operating system meet all the requirements.
