Hi. Why is it that after creating a crescent shape from two circles, adding an outline to the tips of the crescent results in an angle formed by straight lines, rather than lines that follow the curve of the crescent?

Hi. Why is it that after creating a crescent shape from two circles, adding an outline to the tips of the crescent results in an angle formed by straight lines, rather than lines that follow the curve of the crescent? The green object shouldn't have straight lines; instead, it should have rounded ones, like the red moon-shaped object. It's not just a beta bug; the official version does the same thing.

This seems to be question rather than a bug.

The reason the green shape has straight edges is that it may have been drawn as a flat triangle and it doesn't inherit the curvature of the arc around it. To get curved edges that match the inner and outer curves of your arc, you need to build the tip shape from the same circles you used to create the arc.
