Document size won't retain

Our computer crashed and we had to reinstall our epilogue zing engraver  -  now when I print, I change the document size but then it reverts and won’t “hold” it when it comes back out of the settings tab and I can’t get anything to engrave over 8.5x11

    ​@Mark5C7C If you just re-installed Illustrator Beta as is, it may be keeping the old preferences. I would quit out of all adobe apps. And uninstall Illustrator Beta (since you are posting in the Illustrator Beta forum) and use the Adobe Cleaner Tool to make sure all the old corrupted files are removed and re-install the beta app (Illustrator) https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/apps/troubleshoot/diagnostics-repair-tools/run-creative-cloud-cleaner-tool.html

    When done, go back and delete your trash can and restart the computer; go into Creative Cloud Desktop App and re-install a fresh Illustrator Beta. Don’t use the previous downloader (that could be corrupted).
